GULAI KACANG PANJANG DAN UDANG ..

The ingredients :
10-12 long bean stalk, cut (2 inches), wash and drain
15 large sized prawns, cleaned ( you can change with other
meat )
2 turmeric leafs. (optional)
300 ml of coconut milk ( 1 can )
Salt and sugar (1 tea spoon )
1 lemon grass (use the white steam only )
Those ingredients you mush grained make it as paste:
- 6 red onion *
- 2 cloves garlic *
- 1/2 inch turmeric *
- 2 red chilies *
- 1 red tomato *
- Thai chili pepper * (* fine-grained) (if you like hot spicy)
- 2 inches of ginger
HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine shrimp ,
and finely ground ingredients ( the paste ) into the pot , stir and cook until
the prawns change color , add lemon
grass
Pour coconut milk and allow to boil . Add salt
and sugar as you like it
Taste and if ok you can turn off the fire ,
Serve with warm rice .....
