GULAI KACANG PANJANG DAN UDANG ..

The ingredients :
10-12 long bean stalk, cut (2 inches), wash and drain
15 large sized prawns, cleaned ( you can change with other meat )
2 turmeric leafs. (optional)
300 ml of coconut milk ( 1 can )
Salt and sugar (1 tea spoon )
1 lemon grass (use the white steam only )


Those ingredients   you mush grained  make it as paste:
  • 6 red onion *
  • 2 cloves garlic *
  • 1/2 inch turmeric *
  • 2 red chilies *
  • 1 red tomato *
  • Thai  chili pepper  * (* fine-grained) (if you like hot spicy)
  • 2 inches of ginger



HOW TO MAKE IT

Combine shrimp , and finely ground ingredients ( the paste ) into the pot , stir and cook until the prawns change color  , add lemon grass
 Pour coconut milk and allow to boil . Add salt and sugar as you like it
    Taste and if ok  you can turn off the fire , Serve with warm rice .....


Resep ini aku tulis ketika seorang Librarian ingin mencoba gulai kacang panjang, dan aku susah mencari resep masakan ini dalam bahasa Inggris .. jadinya aku ambil dari blog orang dan memodifikasinya sesuai resep aku :) ..
